Body of the Soil
Look at how similar the needs of the soil are to our bodies
REGENERATIVE GARDENING

To me as I am learning about regenerative gardening approaches that focus on the health of the soil I am seeing correlations to my own needs through the lens of holistic health.
One need for the soil is that it can't be too compacted; it needs the bacteria, water, and oxygen to be able to move through it freely - this is similar to my body's needs for movement/massage to keep the fluids and oxygen circulating through me without any restrictions.
Then the soil needs help feeding the bacteria and plants have the tendency to do this between the nutrients they supply while growing and then the compost created from their remains. The plants photosynthesize energy for the soil much like they do for us when we eat them and if you don't feed the soil the soil will eat itself which is exactly what my body does when I do not provide it with enough nutrient.
Moisture! The soil needs to stay moist, depending on the type of climate but moisture balance is important as is with my human body. It is important that I drink enough while also important not to drink too much and quality also matters. Chemicals in the water can harm both of us equally. "Plant your water" is a phrase I have heard recently, which is just reiterating how much plants and soil will symbiotically hold on to water in a way that is regulated the same way our body will typically hold on to water when it is regulated and healthy under clothing or shelters without overheating. - this also makes me think of eating my water and using oils to protect my skin from depleting moisture
Balance! of soil's pH & such that can be done through composting and plants! especially like I mentioned earlier by leaving remains it will feed the soil so you don't have to compost it creates a natural compost. I like to think of this one like eating and drinking my supplements and nutrients with nutrient dense foods and teas. Teas and tasty herbs are especially helpful and easy to add into my daily habits.
