Stone Treatment

This holistic treatment is a focus of massage therapy with the use of (heated unless requested other wise) massager stones. It begins by stepping into the treatment room, intending to help you feel fully immersed in the relaxing sensory of a fireplace nearby and mild smell of healing smoke lingering in the air. You will typically begin face down so that you can relax your nervous system by using the biohack method of positional gravity. The massage modality used first is a full body relaxation technique that targets nerves within the larger muscle groups with a rhythmic rocking motion. Then the treatment begins at the feet to further relax the body psychosomatically as it induces an unconscious sense of trust to systematically work up the body while also following the lymphatic weight load, helping to move it in a way that encourages fluidity. The massage treatment will use the massager stones through out aiding in deep tissue results in a short time as well as without the intensity. A specific cream is used with ginger root and arnica to help aid in pain relief. At the end, craniosacral techniques are used with gentle head holding and stretching of the skin around the skull to facilitate fluidity of cerebrospinal fluid
